This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit YOLU.network or contact us about our services.
Who is responsible
The controller is StreamRevenue OÜ, registry code 17296631, VAT number EE102887707. Registered address: Pärnu maakond, Pärnu linn, Papsaare küla, Kõrre tee 4, 88317, Estonia. Contact us at hello@yolu.network.
What we process
The contact form collects your name, email, message and, optionally, a channel link, together with the selected language and a request identifier. Name, email and message are required to submit the form. You can also email us directly. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
To limit spam and duplicate submissions, the server processes timestamps, a hashed IP address, request identifiers, message fingerprints and an automated-submission check. These anti-abuse records do not contain the full message. Hosting security logs may also contain technical request information, including IP addresses.
- Form messages go only to hello@yolu.network through GoDaddy's mail infrastructure.
- We do not add enquiries to a CRM or newsletter, or use them for unsolicited marketing.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to understand your request and discuss cooperation. Necessary steps towards a contract with you rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Business correspondence with company representatives and other enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding and developing relevant business relationships, Article 6(1)(f).
Security and spam prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and correspondence. Statutory record-keeping relies on Article 6(1)(c). We do not profile visitors or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Access and international transfers
Authorised team members handle enquiries. GoDaddy provides hosting and email, using service providers where needed. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by GDPR Chapter V mechanisms, such as an applicable adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can request information about the applicable safeguards at hello@yolu.network.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. Relevant records may be kept longer where necessary for a resulting agreement, a legal obligation or a specific legal claim.
Accounting source documents and related contractual records are generally retained for seven years from the end of the relevant financial year; documents concerning long-term rights or obligations may require longer retention under Estonian law.
The form uses anti-abuse records for a rolling 24-hour window. Expired records are deleted when the server next processes a valid form request; they can remain stored until that happens. Hosting security records are retained only as necessary for operation, security, incident investigation or legal obligations, considering their purpose and risk.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@yolu.network. We normally respond within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we explain why within that month.
You may complain to Estonia's Andmekaitse Inspektsioon: Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn; info@aki.ee; https://www.aki.ee/. You may also contact another competent supervisory authority.
Security and changes
We use access controls and proportionate safeguards to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. This notice will be updated if our practices change; the revision date appears on this page.
